But 2014 holds some great change for us. You may have heard me mention once or twice over the months, but we are slowly progressing in our immigration papers, and when they are approved, we will be moving to California. It's been in the works since December of 2012, and progress has been crawling. It's been a very maddening experience, from all of the back and forth over paperwork, fees, and having no definite date we'll be able to move. It's frustrating being in limbo for so long! But the last form was sent in last month, and so we're hoping to be given an interview date within the next few weeks. It is once we have that date we can finally put everything in motion, and figure out a date for moving.
2012 was a very hard year for us. Financially we were struggling the entire year through, and we were still paying for it in the beginning of 2013. It's hard for me to believe that I have been blogging for almost a year now. March 1st will be my 1-year "Blogiversary" and I am so grateful to each of you for following my journey and sharing this community with me! I cannot wait to bring so many new things to the blog in 2014, and I hope you will stick around to see them all.
I hope 2013 was kind to you all, and I hope every one of you sees many great things in 2014. I am sure not all will be perfect, but that is just life. I always remind myself during the hard times that those times are essential to truly appreciate the good things when they happen. Here's to your hopes, dreams, and so much more coming true in 2014!
What are some things you look forward to seeing or hope to see in your life in 2014? Tell me all about it below in a comment!
